  • This is one clock bell, not "bells."

  • Every religion has it's strange beliefs, traditions, and history. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

  • AHHH The sounds of a Cult....Sooooo Sweeeetttt!!!

  • I live six miles from this Temple. I can go anywhere in the world and be welcome into any Temple or Church and not be a member of those Temples or Churches. Try walking into a Mormon Temple and find you out your not a member. You will be thrown out like a friend of mine did here at Nauvoo. He was told do it again and he would be arrested. Would God accept these actions in his house of Worship?.....NO he wouldn't. If you want to know about these people just ask the rural people of Nauvoo

Your comment is very vague. Give me an example of how people follow the admonition of Paul over Christs teachings.

I know the 13th article of faith says "We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul..."

Mormons are a good example of misguided modern Christians but not because they follow the admonition of Paul, but rather because they follow Joseph Smith (and his false gospel)

  • The issue is that we do not need to perform secret rituals in Temples to become Gods like the Mormons teach in D&C 132. Read D&C 132:20, Mormons believe that they can become Gods. Joseph Smith made up the Temple Endowment ritual and took many parts of it from his experience with freemasonry. Joseph was a 33rd degree freemason. He placed the square and compass on the garments that Mormons wear underneath their clothes. They were taken straight from freemasonry. The Endowment is not Christian

  • @isthechurchtrue Neither is following the admonitions of Paul over the teachings of Christ, something that is very common in modern "Christianity".
