Oh God, I remember this glitch! Our family had an old IBM 486 that booted up in DOS mode. Restarting the tower was the only way of stopping the screams, as the mouse would lock up and the keyboard wouldn't respond.

Glad to find out I'm not the only person who ran across this glitch.

The music didn't skip.  If he'd relooped Graham's scream, the music would've skipped.

This isn't a glitch you just took the sound of Graham's scream and played in multiple times.

It IS a glitch. Sometimes when you fall down that hole, Graham's scream loops endlessly and the game gets stuck. It's happened to me several times.

I've played the game on 3.5" disc, the original CD, the Collection CD, and the Steam version. It never happened once to me.

I think the cause might be a timer issue. It's only happened to me when playing the CD version on Dosbox.

I can upload another video of this making it more clear that it's not just the scream being looped multiple times if you want.

@tkwtube01 Actually, the NES version doesn't give you the option to even move around this room, it just escorts you through it via a cutscene and you can't re-enter. One of the only real differences I noticed playing the NES version.
