ok you may be able to help i checked your website and it is very good but i need to know what is the best avenue for me.Im a body builder and for the last few months ive had sciatica in my left leg when i lean forward to touch my toes my left glute fires of while the right glute does not.im thinking maybe the muscles of the left glute are entrapped?I have had an mri and i have a bulged disk in my lower back on the left side impinging the sciatic nerve.Its been six months and its stopped healing.
