Why do we spend more money on building prisons than on schools? Honest? This guy is a shill for the corporatists who run this country. Cutting spending without increasing revenues by eliminating tax loopholes prove the GOP is not interested in helping average Americans. Most of the programs he listed are not 'broke,' he's lobbying to give your tax money to his rich benefactors.

I have a question for you, Senator. This makes the most sense of anything I've heard from any side. Why is it that this kind of information is revealed at the last minute? This should have been one of the first conversations made public, not weeks of propaganda from both parties.
