And for the Shoyu problem, i think you should put just enough Shoyu to coat the Ahi and have a little sauce. Like how Tamura's, or Food Land does it.

You can get Ogo at any Japanese Grocery Store. Ask theme when they get it fresh. Otherwise you'll have to get it frozen.
