Had the Honda's, Kawasaki's, and Suzuki's...liked 'em alright...but I'm a lot happier with my Harley FXSTC. And if I ever go to sell it I'm not gonna take bath on resale value like I did on the others. So, from my point of view, I got a lot more bike for my money this time 'round.
I think so. But I hear the Rinehart is pretty nice and delivers more power than any 2-2 pipes. Stick with it. Actually, the Vance and Hines are pretty nice, but a bit louder than I expected.

Pbmax--"expensive piece of junk"?? I have owned Yamaha's and Harleys and the Yamahas have been in the shop more than the Harleys. If you don't believe me--I have the receipts to prove it!!! Not only that, but my 2003 Yamaha V-Star 1100 Silverado dropped so far in value after two years I would almost have to give it away if I no longer wanted it?!! So--now I have three bikes. And I put a ton of miles on my Harleys.
If you check new bike prices Harleys are not that much more than bikes of equal engine sizes. All bikes are quality machines, it just depends on what you like in a bike. Harleys are cool. If you don't like the price of a Harley look elsewhere. No one is holding a gun to your head.
my point was this guy insulting another man's ride.Elsewhere in here he states he rides a BMW800s sportbike...maybe someone w/ a Harley dissed him.Without a doubt a beemer is awesome and not inexpensive...but not what im comfortable with.And i wasn't concerned about the price of Harleys.Peace out.
