@LeoTekkenFan Yes. Whenever I did this w/o moon jump, but you will get a lap on everyone elses while you get, last or something. Did this with my friend and it screwed up MKW a little but its fixed now.

it is not a shortcut if it dosn't count as a lap.

I did this before in a friend room and my friends said it counted on their screen and I got first but on mine I got last.

Lap count not possible. Word Said. I did the SC for three laps and got 1:23.XXX with 27 and 28 lap times.
