ok ... using executive power like President Roosevelt to get the DREAM act passed? Deploy the National Guard to Congress? President Roosevelt used his Executive power to enforce the Laws passed by the Federal Legislature and Ignored by the States. If the President talks to "undocumented ppl" the next thing they would see is a plane back to their country of origin (they'd be surrounded by Federal law enforcement agents!) smh
