  • I owned the knife for a while. Wasn't impressed. As a military knife it might be good. It's not a very good woods knife.

  • other than it being a little heavy this knife is a tank. i can personally vouch /watch?v=2c0f-pnF4u4&feature=related

  • to heavy for a bitch ya for the INFANTRY WHICH IS WHO IT IS FOR?! NO IT ISNT. IT IS A FIGHTING KNIFE FOR THE INFANTRY WHO FIGHT AS IN THE MILITARY REMEMBER THEM?!?!? please enjoy this comment

  • @elwhiteboy I don't understand your incoherent message but I think we agree that it's a great knife for military use.

  • Do the people that watch this know anything about knives? Everything he says he has a good point about. Theres no way id carry this knife

  • @cooper1768 I have to wonder. To each their own I guess.

  • fuck you I carry a lmf 2 and it is the best knife I have ever used and yes it is heavy and surrations are fucking best

  • @69cswizzle Good for you. Why would you be upset that I don't like them? What's wrong with you that my opinion would rattle you so much you had to curse me? Seriously people.

  • thats it!!! Thats your only reason for hating that knife

  • you fucking fagits its personal prefrens i carry fuck 68lbs back pack and my knife axe gun all add up to 43lbs and that is cus i deal with it and i dont plan on have a mad man runing at me when i have a fucking AK poniting at them and i got a pack that is 15lbs and glock and knife 5 lbs what ever

  • @waderobertsNChunter1 That's the most incoherent comment ever left on my channel. Congratulations.

  • @envirosponsible ok ive never been on the top comment but thanks ???

  • @envirosponsible Hahaha! Isn't it astonishing how sensitive people get? You should do a review on whichever blade this guy used to butcher the English language - it must be quite sharp.

  • well I either carry this knife or my Buck nighthawk as my EDC knife so you could say the weight doesn't bother me. my way of thinking is if you invest in this type of knife and learn how to use it, it does you no good if you leave it at home.

  • @grousehunter78 That's true. This knife might not be good for me but if it works for you then great. Thanks.

  • This knife is too heavy... My little feminine arms can't carry the extra 2 ounces. Dude - get your punk ass in the gym so that you can quit crying about stuff being too heavy. Here is an idea, maybe you can ask your wife or a girl scout to carry it for you. Sissy boy.

  • @TheRealEasy1 It's not just the weight. It's the serrations on the blade. If it works for you then great. Would you call special ops guys sissies? I doubt it. And even they say ounces equal pounds and pounds equal pain. Take your macho crap elsewhere tough guy.

  • @envirosponsible - Not being macho. I'm just tired of you guys whining about the weight of possibly the second most important piece of gear that you carry. Please tell me you aren't the guy that leaves 2 of his 7 magazines behind because they are too heavy... Magazines and bullets are heavy. Worry about weight with everything else, but not your gun and knife. Mentioning weight in a review is valid, but not that a knife is too heavy to carry. That is a personal choice. Good vids

  • @envirosponsible (part 2) - You don't want to sound like Nutnfancy. I hope you understand where I am coming from now. I have never considered the weight of my gun or my knife when on patrol or out from base. That would be like choosing my shower shoes over my boots because they are lighter. Some equipment is required and is necessary.

  • @TheRealEasy1 You for real? Anyone in the military or involved in sports such as mountaineering etc. pays a lot of attention to the weight of equipment. This is a review so he's bringing this to light. Douche bag.

  • @thongdongalong - Yes, I am "for real". Listen up shitbird, you do watch weight for everything else except 2 things, your gun and your knife. Let me give you an example that I hope your little brain can grasp. My EOTech HWS weighs 10.9 ounces, and the foregrip on my AR weighs approximately 4 ounces. Now that is almost a full pound extra that is not technically needed, but they give me a tactical advantage so I use them. I suck it up and charlie mike. If you still don't understand

  • @TheRealEasy1 Oh clappy clappy hands, you have a gun sight that weighs 10.9 ounces. Personally I like this knife, I recently bought this knife and believe it is exceptional for deployment. I even had a small bicker with the uploader on it not being a survival knife. However, what i say still stands, I was not talking about soldiering, i was talking about sports enthusiasts. Just because you have a gun doesn't make you a hero. I on the other hand have served 2 tours. One in the notorious Sangin.

  • @thongdongalong - (part 2), then you are a bigger shitbird than I originally thought. Let me know if you want me to send you a plastic picnic knife, they weigh less than an ounce. Or maybe I can email you a picture of a knife, that doesn't weigh anything!!!!

  • @TheRealEasy1 Shows your lack of intelligence that you can't condense your reply to one box.

  • Can i just say, have you even used it out in the field? I took it on deployment and I used it for everything. Kick ass knife.

  • @thongdongalong Yes, it's a great knife for military application. Exactly.

  • @envirosponsible I would class it as a survival knife seeing it was made for that purpose. It was made in conjunction with pilots for survival situations. So your a bit off on the whole ' It ain't a survival knife opinion' But it's your view.

  • @thongdongalong I said it was great for pilots in the video. My exact words. For the average camper I wouldn't recommend it. Military and pilots yes, bushcraft no. Serrations are not good for bushcraft.

  • @envirosponsible Yeah okay, maybe you should'nt say not a survival knife, rather not a bushcraft knife. Think im just in a picky mood. You do well with your vidz though, enjoy them.

  • C'mon ppl. This is an opinion vid yo. Honestly, I like the knife. it can be carried multiple ways and I don't mind the weight. Also I'm Left Handed so the serrations fall in my favor for carving big chunks of wood out. (like multiple-chisels)

  • @Cheehooo24 Right on. It works for you and that's great. It's just not good for me.

  • LOL, don't you love the Gerber Fan Boys, very quick and accurate video. You have allot of hits like me on this vid Gerber spends allot on advertising.

  • @Mrhofer1994 It might be if zombies existed.

  • @envirosponsible you sound like a NON BELIVER nice vid though, dont know why it has so many dislikes

  • Why is the SRK lighter? BECAUSE IT HAS A THINNER BLADE.

  • @myantispambox Your point?

  • @myantispambox umm. No it doesn't ??? both 3/16. but good idea

  • PS BEAR GRYLLS WILL USE ANYTHING AS LONG AS ITS FREE AND HE IS BEING PAID TO USE IT SO DONT FOOL YOURSELF,HE PROBABLY DONT LIKE IT HIMSELF.

  • YES!! Finally someone else who agrees with me. the knife is well constructed BUT! the serrations on the blade is the DUMBEST thing any knife maker can do.And YES its way too heavy. SERRATIONS on a knife should always be on the back or (spine). Blade serrations are not long enough to do much. I sent mine back too.

  • @717sport Well said. Good knife just not for bush craft.

  • if bear grylls use this knife, its a fucking epic knife

  • @killswitchengage3322 Really people shouldn't go with everything bear says, a man followed his advice and ended up dying in the Scottish highlands. He was only a SAS reservist, many of the SAS can't stand him including Chris Ryan. He's an old etonian tea sipper, anyone with that upbringing can get in to the reserves, just higher a personal trainer. The majority of the SAS (not the reserves) is made up of lads that came from poor backgrounds wearing hand me downs all their lives. He's a jessie.

  • It's a great knife u just don't know what Ur talking about

  • @littelal You're right it's an awesome knife for infantry and pilots. For survivalists it's a terrible option.

  • Oh, and I forgot to mention, with this particular knife.. there is no need for a inner tube on the handle....

  • At it again here with you qualified review? And ahhh.. yes the serrations... Again, I ask have you ever used one of these knives you review? I mean in the field, not your enviro camp or back yard?

Have you ever tried to cut a rope, piece of PVC pipe, cord, wire, ice, anything at all, with cold, wet, sore, numb hands? Along with the standard Buck 119, I have also carried a gerber with serrations with me for 20 years, and I tell you out in the field, for survival or anything, they sure are nice.

  • @Bored197272 If respect your opinion and appreciate you taking the time to share it. I happen to dislike really heavy knives that have serrations. Just my opinion though, and you're entitled to yours.

  • I'm glad you mentioned the weight issue. There are so many people that are focused on Paramilitary applications that they forget that there is a diffierence between a survival/buscraft knife and a military knife. I certainly don't need a knife to act as a crowbar. Where these bizarre ideas came from is beyond me. I like a thin blade. Most experienced backwoodsman prefer one as well. And I certainly don't need a knife sharpener on a good knife--and no serrations!

  • How can you say that this knife wont chop. have you ever chopped with this knife. I own this knife and have chopped, batoned, cut, smashed, beat though everything i have tried. to chop just choke back on the handle. it wont chop like a rtak but still.....

  • you damn canadians have no clue what your talking about

  • Gerber LMF is an excellent urban survival knife and rough and ready wilderness knife. It is not a "bushcrafter".

  • @Whipt Do you honestly feel that serrations are ideal for a wilderness knife? Just askin'.

  • @envirosponsible well serrations can be used for cutting ropes especially ones with nylon and metal integrated into them for increased strength .... like ropes used in adventure sports also it cuts through skin like butter .... although i would prefer serration not on the same side but its a fairly good knife

  • you want the serrated when youre using it for something more than fighting..

  • @joker9494949494 Like cutting seat belts and aircraft aluminum.

  • @envirosponsible i use it to cut rope faster, cut grooves into wood if needed, there's just a list. i personally prefer the serrated because im usually not fighting people with my knives. lol

  • i think the lmf is a great design by gerber if only they had a non seratted model

  • @BillySAw951 Absolutely.

  • @BillySAw951 omg finally someone that thinks the same thing

  • i have an lmf II and honestly a knife weighed 5 pounds and was as tough as the lmf, id still use it

  • watch?v=RjXB3WBOxfA&feature=related start from 8th minute

maybe u just cannot into chop?

  • Dude, you're using too much hand lotion...

  • oh yeah, weight issue? my ass! just get stronger pussy

  • @xIdrissax dude, if you can't show some respect, go sleep in a dumpster, and tell me how it went... if it smells bad, tell your nose to get stronger, pussy!

  • how about u go play in traffic u cunt, "waaaaaah it weighs too much" u mentioned an SRK right? well i own that knife, and its a piece of shit, just to prove a point to myself, i took my wonderful Gerber LMF II, laid it on top of the blade on my SRK (the LMF blade against the side of the SRK) and hit the back of my LMF with a hammer, and watched the SRK break, then put the LMF against the handle of the SRK, and hit it, broke that too, then split a piece of wood with the LMF, fuck u bitch

  • @xIdrissax All this over my opinion on a knife? Wow.

  • @envirosponsible haha some people are attachet to their knives. Like they've made it them selves. Next time think twice before you critisize a knife. hahahaha

  • @envirosponsible hes weak minded what do you expect

  • @xIdrissax Like envirosponsible said, all this bullshit just to try and prove your stupid point over a fucking knife. Dude, if you can't let Gerber have a criticism over their knives, go and cry in your mother's arms and also get off of YouTube and cuddle your LMF II in your room with your stuffed bunny and teddy bears. Nuff said!

  • @xIdrissax Have you ever backpacked more than a mile into the forest? You don't want extra weight.

  • @survivealist I backpack constantly, a little extra isn't that bad, but I wouldn't think about carrying this backpacking in the first place, that's pointless

  • the becker bk2 is a much better knife in this category.

  • @gnutsrocknroll Thumbs up.

  • likely far too thick for infantry use..... 3/16 is thick enough, and get a 6 to 7 inch blade. And also get blade which is not coated. A coating usually cuts worse than a shiny blade.

  • I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU'VE SENT ME ALL THOSE VIDEOS WHITCH HAVE GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LMF II . EVERY KNIFE IS SUITABLE FOR IT'S SPECIFIC DESIGN PURPOSES , THUS THE LMF II IS SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR ARMY OR PILOTS . NOT FORGETTING THAT THE KNIFE COSTS A FRACTION OF THE PRICE OF CUSTOM MADE ONES . IF YOU WANT A KNIFE THAT WILL COMPLETELY SATISFY YOU THERE IS A BLADE MADE FROM A CARBIDE MOLIBDENUM COMPOUND WHICH IS KNOWN TO BE THE STRONGEST MAN MADE MATERIAL .

  • Get stronger, City Dude.

  • @necronomicon191080 I have no problem carrying that weight (and more) if the knife can chop and doesn't have serrations, which are terrible for bushcraft. Like I said in the video this is a great knife if you're a pilot who may have to egress.

  • @envirosponsible thank you for your answer.

  • you need to think before you make a review next time you don't know no nothing about this knive

  • @xBearGrylls I know that it weighs too much and has serrations that make it unsuitable for bushcraft.

  • YOU'RE A MORON . HOW CAN YOU EVEN BEGIN TO THINK THAT THE LMF II IS TO HEAVY ? NO KNIFE MAKER AND ESPECIALY A WORLD KNOWN COMPANY LIKE GERBER WOULD NOT MAKE A KNIFE WICH HAS MAJOR FLAWS IN IT'S DESIGN . AND HOW FULL OF YOURSELF CAN YOU BE AND A KNIFE EXPERT TO JUST RETURN IT BECAUSE THIS KNIFE JUST DOESEN'T DO IT FOR YOU ??!! OHH JELLY !! JUST STOP IT , PLEASE !!

  • @WMUWWWWUF other than the knife steel. the heat treat, the temper. etc.... Gerber makes cheap garbage knives for the walmart masses.

  • @WMUWWWWUF This knife is unsuitable for bushcraft due to the serrations and weight. It's an excellent knife for a pilot though. Also, have I ever claimed to be a knife expert?

  • How is having serrations bad for bush craft? Imo that's the best section of the knife for batoning. And how is the weight bad? You seem like a woose if its heavy.

  • @Billswooper18 For bushcraft, having serations can mean that you cant choke up on the knife to widdle and carve. But as for the weight he's just a pussy.

  • @MrMapex2010 Ouch. I have no problem carrying that weight if the knife can chop. A blade that size though with that much weight is wasted energy since there's zero chopping capability.

  • @Billswooper18 that is amateur gear queer talk. When you dull your serrations in the field by "batoning" (which is mostly just popular blather anyway) how are you going to sharpen them? Serrations are NOT desired in a field knife.

  • i like a heavyish knife

  • @jarrod1685 I like a heavy knife too if it can chop.

  • dude the knife was made to be a military or asek knife thats why it comes labeled "infantry " or ''asek'' depending on the model. its designed to have the same role as a KA-BAR ( which i personily like better)

  • this knife was designed as a combative knife with survival features... it chops very well if you use the serrated edge like an axe. the best feature about this knife is the design of the blade and back of grip is two separate pieces, so you could cut through wire's and cables without the risk of being electrocuted. It is an amazing knife and tool.

  • @phrox Amazing Knife? Maybe compared to the rest of the crap in a walmark glass case. I got three words for you. BUSSE BADGER ATTACK.

  • @kali4kombatives worked well in the marine's just fine...

  • @phrox so would a sharp stick in various applications. I have been building knives since I left the army. This is a cheap built knife. Sure it will work in common use, but so does any other knife. Any ol cheap buck sheath knife with work within the same tolerance limits. My point was it isn't worth makin a "review" about. The design is functional but the heat treat and temper are sumstandard. That is quite certainly a critical aspect. Most people buy because of aesthetics rather than engineering

  • @kali4kombatives *substandard.

  • As a comparison the Becker BK-2 companion is about as good as you are going to get in this price range. It is a supremely effective field tool. Many consider it to be the best of the breed in camp/survival function for the price.

  • @kali4kombatives The BK-2 would be a superior knife in many ways, most notably the straight edge without serrations.

  • @kali4kombatives I wanted to address the myth that this is an excellent survival knife. That's all.

  • Well DER?!?! Why do you think it's labelled "Infantry"? It's a combat survival knife. Gerber themselves say its made by soldiers for soldiers. When your carrying 30+ kg of gear, 'weight penalty' is irrelevant. Its a survival knife for us grunts out there where reliability and durability are all that matter.

  • @45yourmother67

Grow up. The Surge makes up for its weight with functionality. This knife weighs as much as a small axe but is as functional as a 3-4 ounce puukko. Even less so with the serrations.

  • @zanuha im not saying that its functional... but you shouldn't ditch it because its "too heavy"

  • @45yourmother67

He didn't ditch it for being too heavy, he ditched it for being too heavy for what it is.

  • @45yourmother67 It's too heavy AND it has crappy serrations.

  • All you ppl disrespecting Envirosponsible about the weight of the knife didnt understand a word he said in his video.

  • I guess this guy missed the "infantry" part in infantry knife. Douche. Leave the knives for those who can carry 3 ounces. I carried this knife for 7 months and put it through a grinder. I'ts the best piece of gear I had.

  • @Prim4t3 Ouch. This knife is 11.4 ounces, not 3. And I didn't miss the infantry part. I said it would be excellent for pilots and sar. Geez.

  • Do you complain about everything, enviroponsible?

  • @tubesuperfreak Only if it sucks.

  • I own this, and the prodigy they are fine, It's got nice weight, feels like a chunk of good steel. I have seen WAYYY more expensive knives that way 6 times what this knife weighs. CRKT has a knife that feels more like a solid led block of concrete. comes with a dull edge, feels like a blunt instrument more than a knife. Sorry guy but LMF and variants like Prodigy are great IMHO

  • I bet the majority of you that have the negative comments haven't carried this knife ....go out and spend the $90 or so and carry it on a camping trip and then make a judgement.

  • that isnt even full tang it has a metal and rubber handle plus more weight more power

  • oh my fucking god, if three ounces is going to make or brake you, then you should just die in a hole

  • A few ounces is to much to carry? Lift a damn weight!

  • @eers2ya every little bit counts, look at the full geared up and kit packed picture, shaving a few ounces...etc here and there makes or breaks your load for mobility

  • Every bit of weight adds up.. Guys that just want to wear this around the house while they sit in front of a computer and talk shit will be fine. If its going to be heavy the weight needs to be in a place where it is useful like forward for chopping.

This knife is really cool looking.. Not much else.

  • i dont like this knife either. partially serrated blades are useess.for me its either one or the other. as for using it as a spear thats really not the best idea cause you could lose it or break the tip off.

  • Too heavy so look elsewhere? Hit the weights bud.

  • what about pilots?

  • Thats it? It weighs to much? What a Pleb

  • A knife doesn't have to be heavy to chop with. Find a piece of wood to hammer with. Place the blade where you want to make a cut and hit with the piece of wood. It will cut like an axe. Usually in survival situation you will not be traveling very far from your shelter so the weight is not a big deal. Stay close to shelter, keep a fire, and find food and water. If you have to move to find food so be it, but always create shelter a couple hours before dark.

  • Me care less, any knife will be a good survival knife. Even a serrated steak knife will be great.

  • Opciones en una situacion de enmergencia esta navaja es un lujo amigo....

  • city folks

  • The weight issue is crap. Just get stronger.

  • @Backpackfanatic

"Just get stronger" doesn't really apply in a survival situation, when you'll have to operate on less calories daily with reduced protein intake. You think you will be able to maintain your size and mass over three months, a year, three years? What's the point of a pommel to crack glass in a wilderness situation, it jsut adds weight, more wight=more calories burned=less ability to maintain wight and fitness levels when you're subsisting on food found in the wild.

  • @Backpackfanatic your comment makes me think you should spend more time in the woods. Their is no need to take weight you don't need, even if you "could" carry it.

  • ok so i bought one. and have since feild tested it. what a great peice of kit. i love the variety of mounting options. i love the built in sharpener. and i love the solidity of the thing. when i use a knife i wanna know that i can go caveman on a hardwood tree and know that ill still have my knife the next day, this is one of the few knives i have ever used where i feel this way. not too sure about the serrations, but they have come in handy for nylon rope cutting.

  • I do have 2 say it is!: a survival knife, it is an urban survival knife. There are urban survival situations that ask for this kind of knife. See the distruction test video of this knife. It is also able 2 do bush craft but not like a falkniven or other bush knives. Every situation has its knife. But its a good explanation video of the knife. Its not only for pilots.

  • There is a reason the word "Infantry" is worked into the name, ITS MEANT FOR THE INFANTRY!!! That glass breaker is great for getting out of a vehicle that has rolled. Maybe not an MRAP or a Stryker but something like a soft skinned humvee. A knife is there to cut stuff, and guess what, this one does. That "jump ready" feature is great for a paratrooper who doesnt want to lose his blade while exiting out of the aircraft. Always take into account what things were made for.

  • This knife does not have a full tang, only a half tang.

  • good video, the LMF has allot of weak points forsure

  • he's right. a "dedicated survival knife" ought to have a plain edge, which they don't even offer. and have decent chopping capabilities. this knife is a piece of shit gerber has gone way down hill since it hooked up with fiskars. don't defend this knife to the grave just cuz you got ripped off and want to feel good about it.

  • the knife was designed for soldiers it has weight so you can get more force from your stab or when you are using the pommel on the back

  • My only gripe about my LMF II is the size of th sheath.. it may be durable but its unnecessarily large

  • @MMADisciple lol

  • the lmf is not a survival knife its more of a utility blade in opereation iraqi freedom (i think) the insulated handle let a us marine cut though some electrical wire was conencted to a bomb

  • @wildernesskid40k It was a scout sniper and he cut electrical wires to some spot lights..It's a badass story

  • well the lmf2 is actually very useful in a survival situation..alot of people think the serration will get in the way but it's actually very tough that has no problem withstand the chopping part. the weight is not an issue for me, i actually prefer a heavier knife. also the features suchs as the glass-breaking back end which can be used as a hammer (since it's SO heavy) and the ability to turn into a spear makes it a very versatile survival knife. The built-in sharpener is great too

  • yeah it wieghs to much...or your a little bitch. thats the best fucking knife iv ever owned. its got a scull crusher on the end of it. definately worth every penny i paid for it

  • Are you serious? Did Gerber kill your puppy or something? Too heavy my ass!!! That's a great knife.

  • @MMADisciple amen

  • Weighs too much? Get stronger. As a former infantryman who's used a wide range of knives from the jungles of Central America to the Middle East and Southeast Asia (and all over the USA) both in the military and out backpaking/camping...and even underwater making a living as a scuba diver, I have to question the opinion of anyone basing their review on the weight of a knife weighing in at 11.4 ounces.

As an aside, anyone chopping logs for firewood needs more survival training anyway.

  • @seandrinksguinness totally agree with you there sean.

  • I confirm that this is a great knife!

robust and reliable in all conditions. the only "defect" and that the handle near the blade is ruined now. This happens when you use as it accepts. but the rest is a fairy tale!

  • i kinda agree with you, i think the knife is overall an amazing knife, but it was not designed for use as a survival knife. It was made for the military.

  • LEATHERMAN

  • The best survival knife is the one you have with you! But this one's fine also. It's a great knife.

  • pilot's on the other hand....

  • Sorry what is wrong with weight

  • Hmmm... to each his own I guess... I personally think this is a great survival knife. Solid, dependable, corrosion resistant, about a million different ways to hook it to yourself. Defiantly would have NO problem strapping this knife to my leg and head out into the world.

  • Yar!, Son, if you think the Gerber LMF II is way to heavy, then your weak. I prefer the LMF II for both Tactical and Survival you better stick to you SRK Butter Knife lest by any means you fall behind because its to heavy and really have to fend for yourself.

  • lmao its too heavy to be a survival knife? what is it like 1 and a half lbs lol

  • I happen to like serations on my knives and I dont chop with them thats what they made machetes and axes for. So it is perfect for me.

  • This is not a survival knife it is a tacticle knife. Hence the infantry in the name.

  • Im sure all the "pilots" are lining up to get your advice....

  • That blade is barely used at all.

Ive had my LMF for a year now and use it on a daily basis and that you cant chop with it is most definately bollocks, I have no problems collecting firewood with this thing.

If my plane were to crash on a desert island, i would want this knife to be there with me.

  • If its not for survival also.....then why does it have lashing holes to make a damn spear with!!! A saw!!!! WTF!!!

  • If its not for survival also.....then why does it have lashing holes to make damn spear with!!! A saw!!!! WTF!!!

  • Well..., Gerber had poor quality, I dont recomend this Brand for heavy Duty jobs on the wild. Gerber sucks! sorry... its only an opinion.

  • It is a survival knife. It was designed from the ground up to be a survival knife (google the definition of ASEK). It is not to be a knife to take on a 3 day civilian sight seeing/hiking trip while wearing socks and Tevas. I suggest you do a bit more research on knives designed specifically as survival knives. I am sure you will find that this type of knife is much heavier than your typical utility knife. Remember that form follows function.

  • It looks like a nice close quarter combat knife to me, I thought that's what it was originally intended for.

  • HEY!!! envirosponsible!!!! YOU Listening? You're an idiot! are you a panzy? you can't handle a few extra grams? Scared of serrations...they work pretty good for bushcraft I might add. Plus that "Cold Steel" knife you held up cost twice as much and was made "OFF SHORE" you are probably one of those "Bleeding Heart Liberals" that got us into all this mess. Stick to shit you know...and it isn't survival gear! Go back to your day job!

  • dude it dose not mater about the wight of a knife you want a the knife to be sturdy and not brake when you stick it in sand and any knife in a survival situation is a survival knife..............but i see what your saying with the Plexiglas breaker for the pommel

  • wow first time ive disagreed with you

  • @MMADisciple Exactly.

  • i like this knife, im about to purchase one. so what if it weighs a few grams more then the ridiculously over priced CS SRK . us real men dont worry about a few extra grams. we just have our tea spoon of concrete and harden the FK up
