does everyone realise that it's pointless commenting on how something sounds when the recording has used multiple devices to record with, it would have likely been compressed a good amount to upload it, and then to top it off you're listening to it on your computer speakers or headphones at home... the only true way you can understand how they sound is to hear them in real life.

@Keplaffintech the sound of the hihat is the same but the effect is different. he has a standard size hihat so there changes nothing if the program can reshape the hihat, then the sound will be different!

Wow. Beyond the novelty of a hybrid acoustic/electric instrument, they really don't sound very good. I believe Russ Miller knows that too. Perhaps what he hears in the headphones is different from what we're hearing. I'd probably only ever buy these if I'd already spent the money on my dream kit.

crispy sound ........don´t like....... the roland td-20kx plastic cymbals sound much better in my opinion
