there are only about 3 kayaking destinations in the Philippines. CDO (many rivers available) of course. Chico river (Class 5 is available according to some source) in Luzon and Davao (which is the easiest of the 3. There may be in Samar, Leyte, Negros and some other rivers but it's only a short river run. CDO is where you'll find plenty plus all amenities (including hospital) is just a short minutes drive.
