I invented this product 10 years ago. Invented for a 14 year old boy only able to ride a hand pedalled 3 wheeler due to his disabilities and so wanted to be like his friends.Unicam was the result. I then looked at its implications post sugery and the Unicam TPS was developed to enable incremental knee flexion: cycling with no knee bend and up through the range to normal 110 percent knee bend.Also ankles through a range of movements with ankle inversion and eversion.
