One of my biggest pet peeves is people who dye their hair and neglect their brows. Especially if they go dark, and leave their naturally blond brows. It washes your face out horribly, and just doesn't frame it right. :/

she's totally right about the eyebrows part. I have natural black hair and sometimes I go to the salon and get really blonde hair and my eyebrows are so dark, and then i got those eyebrow bleach cremes (not hair bleach) and bleach it to brown and it works.
