Denver did so many lesser-known songs like this that are really gems and deserve to be covered nowadays. I love Rocky Mountain High etc but it's rather a pity that a few songs like that are most of what he's popularly remembered for.

I totally agree with you.
I also like rocky mountain high and this song is something I stumble on while looking through youtube.
And guess what, it is now my number 1 John Denver favourite (not to mention that he is also my No.1 artist.)
I wish more people find these songs to their liking, for they deserve as much and more.
Nobody has done music like John Denver's and I doubt if there will ever be one.
