2 quick points. ONE putting GI Joe/Transformers on the same list as Power Rangers is KINDA pushing the generational gap between X and Y. GI Joe and TransF is like early 80s and P.Rangers is like late 90s. In other words those of us who were in front of the TV watching GIJoe in the 80s were in the bed losing our virginity when Power Rangers was on. and TWO Genearation Y and Generation "Our whole life and soul is our cell phone" our completely lost here and for good reasons! Its true that the richard stone posse did create some of the best. I remember bits and bobs of the animaniacs theme song, which was pretty catchy, but the daddies of them all were definitely the Tasmania theme song and pinky and the brain. I love both but for me Tasmania seems to have burrowed its way further and is my equivilant of Ducktales for the nostaglia critic, along the Duckula theme song and the Trap door theme song, oh yeah and Gadget! These songs come unbidden! I can't stop them!
