too bad the video and audio are not in synch. it makes it almost look staged and "lip synched".

The pipa player is Lu Hongzhong and the zhongruan player is Cui Jun Miao.

I've never heard pipa capture Southern-style microtones. I'm fairly new to the adoption of zheng pieces for pipa, though Lin Shicheng's Chu Shui Lian has always been a favorite. This is a very effective arrangement.

The music is lovely and the set is fantastic! The instruments themselves are works of art. The players are beautiful and so talented.
