@gnarly79 awd 4x4 big deal dude, both the same to me,only difference is AWD is full time and doesn't have low ratio and yes the most extreme thing is on the dunes, with no lsd's or low ratios you wouldn't want to hit the NZ dunes, all i have is a isuzu plaisir bighorn LWB with just a 2" inch lift and 2" body and 33" mudzillas and front and rear airlocker i have a 99 range rover to but thats a sack of shit for offroad so the mrs drives that

That's heaps of fun driving on sand dunes at port stephens. I took my 4dr rav up and it was sweet gettin some airbore. But not that high! The old rav engine is too weak to get up the long steep dunes. Heaps of fun though. Go back and enjoy mates. I saw people catch a baby great white shark when i was there. Scary shit. seriously.

at 2:30 on the video you can see Newcastle(Nobbys Headland) in the background, Stockton is about 20kms

out of Newcastle,N.S.W. (NorthWest) over stockton bridge and turn into the Cemetery and there r 4wd tracks or you can find Berubi(spelling??) beach entrance is safer.
