The way to prefent strechmarks are to do a good warming up to get the muscles flexible. What i personally use is vaseline or in Holland we call it Spierbalsem (Creme that warms up the muscle) that will make the skin more flexible so it can strech a bit more without causing strechmarks.
Also Pregnant wimen use vaseline to prevent strechmarks you dont need to buy expancife cremes to prevent strechmarks.
Stretchmarks are basicly injuries on the inside of your skin. And just as injuries on the outside of the skin they regenerate. You get them when you bulk up of get fat or pregnancy or fast growth. Lui is right, Dont worry about stretchmarks they will go away just takes a long time.

How long does your pump last? when I'm doing biceps I get that tight stretched feeling but it does not last long, 2 min after I stop doing that muscle it fades. Also, should I keep hitting that muscle when I have the pump? Thanks to you and the biceps exercise you showed me I finally get the pump in my biceps when I end it off with a standing bicep barbell curl. do a video on how many sets you should do per workout 10-18 sets and when would be a good time to stop. how to gauge it. since cortisol kicks in after 1 hour of being at the gym so to speak.
i wonder if you could talk about coffee and caffeine based drinks consumption? i'm preety much sure there's lots of people with this same question.. is it bad for muscle development? does caffeine interfere in creatine absortion? thanks in advance ( btw i think this is way more relevant than stretch marks)

@AdR1aN43 Do a system called "HIIT". Do HIIT with skipping or sprinting. Trust me, running for an hour @ a slow pace will burn some calories but doing HIIT with skipping or sprinting is the best. Try it and see how good you'll feel and burn fat.
@AdR1aN43 Jump rope helps create fast twitch muscles. For violent movements. Explosive and fast. The more you jump rope the more fat you will loose and more fast twitch muscles you will gain. I dont think cardio redues muscle mass in anyway if you have a complete and healthy diet.Plus it is a full body excersise. Erm try it then you will tell me if it needs anymore explanation. It is a very complete and effiecent workout, i highly recomend it.

I have quite a few on my biceps, around my shoulders and hip area.
I started to get them when I began to drop my weight by starting weight lifting and healthy eating in my mid-teens.
I don't consider them stretch marks, I consider them "evidence of hard work"
