I stayed silent and waited a while. The guy said "Hello?" a few times and then I yelled "PENIS" and hung up.

There actually is a law that you cant call a phone after 9:00pm as a telemarketer. I know it's a prank and you're not really one but they don't know that hahahaha. Telemarketers also cant call before 8:00am. If they do, you can sue them.
