@BENDOVER9810 Personally I hate both, so I have no real opinion on both. I rarely play both. But in Halo 1/4 of the fights end in both of you beating each other down at the same time. But that was the last time I played a Halo game (Halo 3). While in CoD there are plenty of hiding spots in the map, and plenty of 'noob tubes.' But personally I think there are plenty more games that are better than both of them.
