I use Sony Acid as a frontend, which hosts about 120 gb in sample and synthesis driven plugins. I use a Midi guitar as my main controller and an 88 key piano keyboard as a second.
I also play guitar and bass tracks on actual guitars and bass.
I think a lot of people want to know about the voices, that plugin is called "Liquid Instruments" which runs a library. It's a little tricky to use though, and knowing music theory helps a lot.

Had not bothered to name it yet. I think the file is called tmp004.wav.
This is the first time I got computer voices to work right, gives it a very strange futuristic feel like Wipeout Xl.

So if you make the music yourself, what program do you make it with?
