You geeks are incredible. This is live so who can predict what the equipment is like and the venue. I have seen this concert tour 5 times and it kicks ass. KISS is great too and you should not dis those guys. I saw their reunion tour and it was great. Enjoy these bands and their revival and quit being so negative. Or, listen to Snoop Dog. :)

I was at this show too.......I dunno....silly me but I really enjoyed it. Yeah VH screwed up at least 4 times but I got to see them play 24 songs plus solos. People just nit pic. I would go pay $170 to do it again!

Folks it's not always possible to be on top of your game at every show. Sure Ed and Al may have been struggling here but it can be any number of things-including fatigue, technical issues, and just having an off night. Give them a fucking break

Saw both Chicago shows, they were redhot & tight. This clip suggests they may be getting a little bored doing the same shtick every night and trying to get a bit funky. I hope Ed isn't drinking again, but wouldn't be surprised given he is on the cancer sticks again.

This was the show that I drove 3 hours to see (thats me in that UNUSED ramp area in the 8th row)..I bleed VH red and stripes, and this was a really hard show to watch/enjoy. Maybe because Im only 30 and I grew up more of a Hagar fan, but Roth was BORING. He only sang about half of each song and stood around with a huge smile on his face (much like someone who knows they are getting PAID)...Alex was off beat on a few songs, and Eddie, my hero, was struggling the whole night.

Wow, this is absolutely hideous, and it has nothing to do with any sound or equipment probelems. It's really sad actually, he cant even come close to playing his own material here. I hope he was simply very drunk, and that he cuts this crap out or Im selling my MSg tickets for 11/13. I have admired and enjoyed this guys work for too long to witness complete GARBAGE like this, I'd rather live off the memories.

Iv'e seen this done several times during this tour, and this is by far the worst-almost thought it was a joke for a second. I wish I could see Eddies face up close during this mess. This is not what I expected of VH especially after what Dave was saying at the press, but I still love these guys. Dave needs to grow that hair back, even if it's falling, it still suited him better. This short hair is a painful reminder of the blue grass events he pulled.

I was there, it was bad, im pissed that it was the worst show of the tour ,based on reviews from people who had been to several shows already. And yes, i like a few others think eddie was fucking drunk. i love this band , but they played like shit for 50 percent of this show. I walked out thinking something just wasnt right and i find out im not alone. Dave said "judge us harshly" at the press conference...well, that was a sub-par performance..period.

I would be pissed off too. He is very sloppy on this this song. Even screws up on the rhythym parts. All in all, I think he is playing good on this tour. I have seen every show on youtube. I hope this is not a repeat of the 2004 debacle. Got tickets for Sac and I am praying for a good night.

You guys gotta remember the original had over dubbing. Making it sound like the original is almost impossible. But hey the man has been playing that thing for 40plus years. I'm going tomorrow in Boston, Its a 140 miles from New Haven in my Jeep Grand Cherokee so its a 50dollar trip in gas alone and 20 for parking @ TD Banknorth Garden Man I hope it's worth it.

Not in Toronto...the tapping part was done slower but he nailed it about 90%....this video is very similar to 2004...shut your eyes and listen....I know if you're at the show it's hard to say it sucked...but sometimes you need people who weren't at the show to be judges......Ed sucked that night from all the reviews I have read.....Dave was pissed off as well.....maybe sick....
