actually alltel is a very large company. the only reason verizon bought alltel is because they use the same network. if they didn't they would not have merged. all you verizon fanatics if you were to go to a rural area before the merge, you will have no service. verizon service sucks. alltel doesnt.

actually Alltel is a major cell phone provider. Customer service polls rank Alltel over Sprint and ATT. Alltel also has the largest wireless network. Alltel also is one of the few companies not in debt and can afford to purchase other cellphone companies like western wireless for $7 billion - a billion of that being cash.

i don't know if anyone else notices, but three of the buildings are the same.. on the sprint one you can't really tell, but for cingular, t-mobile and verizon, you can by the glass on the outside.

If you have a T-mobile family plan, everyone gets their own five. So if you have four people on a plan, that's twenty people for free. On alltel, you're all limited to the same ten And myfaves does not cost more. Besides, I've talked to a ton of people who have alltel and calls don't come through for no reason and text messages come days or weeks late. T-mobile has free roaming so the coverage is virtually infinite. You alltel nazis are retarded.

Hey OOSOX, myFaves works because 65% of people's calls are to the same 5 people, whether or not they are on the same network. You could drop your plan by more than half the whenever minutes and still be ok, then you could grab M2M if you really need it still!

Its said that you do lose mobile to mobile. But like I said where would you find coverage for Alltel rate plans to work. I searched on their website for my area which is the 48221 zip code and they don't have service in my area. I love my T-Mobile.
