The 7000 does it all for me. What a cracking little rig, a receiver that rivals much more expensive radios, and great sounding TX audio too, at least in the recent ones. I had a German station comment 'Ah, a Behringer guy' the other day when I called him. No Behringer gear, just the 7k with the SM20 desk mic.
Seriously, without my 7k I'd be lost. Best rig I've owned.

Does the 7000 encode RTTY? Or do you have to interface it?

@KJ6CEA it doesn't encode the RTTY, Eddie.. so needs an interface. I haven't had time to try that yet though.
