I must say its logic they have done both phantasy star portable 1 and 2 except infinity and we only got 1 God Eater also with many versions of Monster hunter I Doubt they would leave us High n dry especially wit the Vita coming out i am assuming it will come to the PSN because God Eater Burst is also there and if anyone played and beat the game it didnt finished like a happy endin all god eaters know the war is FAR frm ova the battle was won but the war is not even close to finish so we will see

@marvinfonvert It is following 3yrs after what happened in burst but you start off as a different protagonist and also the previous characters don't really have a role in this game. They only serve a very small role.

@marvinfonvert The manga, "God Eater -the 2nd break-" is a prequel to the game "God Eater 2". I haven't read it but I guess it shows what exactly happened to Soma, Kota and Alisa and maybe some other characters after those years have passed.
