@Gromit801 This flight was during the press preview before any of the performances even started. The Tora Tora Tora folks weren't scheduled until the last day of the show, but I don't know for sure that they put the show on. I looked on their website and didn't find anything confirming the show happened. Thanks for watching.
So nice to see the planes in formation in friggin' HIGH DEFINITION!
Like many aircraft enthusiasts, I always wondered "what it exactly looked like back then", trying to fill in all colours by imagination. Now I just can see it so clear, as if I'm there.
Thanks so much for uploading. Like the music too :)
If only they had at least one authentic Zero, D3A and B5N flying amongst the modified planes. It's unfortunate the Zero is the only airworthy type in existence, though none are in Pearl Harbor markings and are owned by different museums/airshows.
@123456patrick1 This was filmed with a Canon 7D and a GoPro at 60 frames a second at 720p. The footage was then transcoded which expedited the speed adjustments and the color corrections.
Wow that Val is amazing, i didn't know there were any left

I was at that airshow in 2011. No "Tora" Zeros. It highlighted four P-38's however. So what year is this actually?

@shortydann the so called "zero" is a harvard conversion to look like a zero, may have been used in the movie "tora, tora, tora!"

I loved the rose pedal drop Sunday to honor the fallen of 9-1-1. The whole show made me proud again to be FREE.
