I can actually say that i probably take the same amount of time to do stuff as kevin.

My dad always compares me to kevin. I think its in the task list for adults who have teenage sons.

1) set job

2) give equipment for the job

3) wait for job to be complete

4) once job is complete compare to Kevin

5) prepare for the next day of comparisons

This is so close to the truth it's painful. I once offered to pay my 15 year old £5 to pick up the fallen apples in the garden. It took him 2 hours, he wouldn't do it without wearing gloves, and he moved so slowly I thought he'd fallen asleep. After 2 hours the job was only half done. In the end I got fed up and did it myself - took 5 minutes :)

But now he's a real hard worker making his own way - go figure!
