I didn't even think about that, for this figure. It does have some resemblance to Predaking, doesn't it? Particularly with the colors, flaring chest and wings. The blue repaint of him is pretty schmexy too.

You just reminded me of something that really bugs me. Speaking of perplexingly devastating moves that don't quite kill you... What was up with Sephiroth creating a supernova that destroyed the sun and most of the solar system and yet somehow it didn't end the game?

It was awesome and everything even if it went on forever just for that one cutscene, but it did disproportionally little damage to my beefy team and just came out of nowhere and made no sense!

The only logical explanation I can think of is that he was blowing up neighboring solar systems just so the resulting shock wave would cause some minor damage to Cloud n co.

Not sure if that's incredibly badass or just over the top silly.

Fantastic as always Great Bearded One! Scourge's toy is above and beyond the definition of brilliance when it comes to designing dragon transformers, the toy just looks flawless and just geared and ready for anything, its a shame his role in the show was somewhat weak. But the toy is just beautiful.
