Other than spontaneous love confessions going on (i.e: Sakura confessing to Sasuke as he leaves and Hinata confessing during Pein's attack) there isn't much romance in this show. It's supposed to be all about the action, not who is hooking up with who. In the newer chapters Sakura is in it's confirmed that Sakura STILL loves Sasuke when she turns down a guy that confesses to her. She tells him she's sorry but she likes someone else.
