He claims it is the SYSTEM that is flawed, and NOT the students that are failing their classes.

Raise taxes.. he will raise taxes on people making over 250,00 dollars a year.. which is 5 percent of americans.. 95 percent of americans wil receive tax breaks.. struggling families will receive tax breaks

under mccains plan people who are rich and wealthy and dont need tax breaks will receive them and people who who are struggling to keep up will just have to deal with it. Obamas plan makes more sense in a recession than mccain who doesnt get economics
