@DianRay2 Hi Dian, I just read your comments on three of my songs. Thank you very much, you are most kind. Seems we like a lot of the same music.. I did find a track for PP&M's 500 miles but I'm not sure that it is going to work for me. I doubt I would sound very good singing that song with no music. The only song that I sang without music on my site is "Too Ra Loo Ra Loo Ral". And that was sort of an accident. Thank you again for all the kind words. Hope you guys will keep visiting.

@pastore0506 Thank you George for stopping by again and for the very kind remarks. I learned what little that I know about enunciation from listening to Jim Reeves. I recall hearing an old interview of him where he explained how he studied speech in college so that he could learn to overcome his east Texas "twang" I have a similar issue being raised in Tennessee and Texas. I don't spend a lot of effort since this is all for fun and relaxation but I do try to sound a bit more "neutral"

Hi Terry, nice version!!! I Don't know anybody over here who has even heard of Bobby Bare. My dad owned a pub about 30 years ago that had a jukebox with nothing but country music, it had this one on there along with Tequila Sheila which had a great version of Call Me The Breeze on the 'B' side! @paulvaughancountry Bobby Bare was very popular throughout the 1960's and for much of the 70's as well. He actually had quite a few hits. He is originally from Canada.
