  • "jim-jam-alamba" Yeah, that is the "truth" from this guy. Why is his real estate broker license NOT on his websites, blogs, or Free YouTube advertisements?? What does he have to HIDE? Isn't he the only "truthful" real estate agent in this country? Other agents & real REALTORS list their licenses. They also give their last name when they meet or are asked, he just says, I am jim the realtor. State does Not have him listed as a licensed Realtor. Check the state site for yourself.

  • More from Nightline comments - "Keep in mind, unless he is a licensed home inspector or general contractor, he is being just as dishonest by giving the perception that he is qualified to render an opinion on more than the cosmetic condition of a home. I think it is a slippery slope when real estate brokers start to assess the structural and mechanical integrity of a home without the education and license to do so. Not all real estate brokers are REALTORS. The terms are not interchangeable."

  • From Nightline 4-16-09: More CORRECT & Experienced Comments from NCrealestatebroker 4/17/2009 - "If he were really being honest with all parties (as he is directed under the code of ethics) he would tell the Seller that he could not in good conscience list the house until the problems were repaired or at least a home inspection by a qualified home inspector was performed and paid for by the Seller then the report made available to all interested parties prior to making an offer."

  • READ the Nightline 4-16-09 showpiece comments from NCrealestatebroker 4/17/2009 & EVERYONE WILL GET A PROPER VIEW of this "report" and the person they used for their topic. -- "I would never presume to take a listing from a potential Seller and then after the listing agreement was signed go behind there backs and insult the property in every way possible just so someone would THINK I was being honest. By the way, if he is so honest, why is he listing houses that he thinks are not up to par."

  • The contractor Harwood has it right, jim is a salesperson trying to sell anything he can. North County Real Estate Brokers & Realtors know of this guy. Nightline should have used one of them for their showpiece. At least they do not bend codes and act like they are inspectors (as shown in this showpiece). He is a productive salesperson but does he fully disclose what he is paid to represent. Buyer/Seller Beware!

  • He is not a Licensed Inspector of anything in this state! Why is he performing Inspections for clients when he is not Ca. State License. The interviewer obviously has never dealt with Realtors before due to her surprise on her showpiece. In this showpiece, they show him performing inspections.

  • Nightline got it wrong using this guy and they should have researched and used an honest Realtor instead of this dishonest salesman.

  • You are a breath of fresh air my friend. It's about some time someone told it like it is. Truth is advertising is a beautiful thing.

  • Thank you for the Bisby house video I also enjoyed watching your other video.

    Thanks

    K

  • He's great.
