Banjo Kazooie was owned by Rare, a third party developer, They also made Viva Pinata for Xbox, Then Microsoft Bought it and they helped make the Avatars for the New Dashboard.

Guys, for those of you thinking it's Nintendo's fault for Rare elaving, you're only half right. Nintendo sold half of Rare to microsoft, and Rare sold the other half, so their both equally at fault. Also, Microsoft has nothing to do with how the game is. Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts is somethign Rare decided to do, Microsoft took no part in that game. If you wan to be angry at someone, you shouldn't be angry at Microsoft (tbh you shouldn't be angry at Nintendo either, Rare should take the blame)
