vocalizing, my brothers swore the bears seemed to be smiling as they tore into them squirells, like"uumm, so warm, still fresh and blood & fur,they never give anything with fur and still fresh, so tasty, give us more" Sounds cruel for the squirells I know but those Polar Bears did so love those "just lkie home cookin" treats. Soon it was evident that the Bears were waiting for their new friends to show up with treats, they would adopt the "sit up & beg" posture like dogs competing for treats

years ago my brother & his friends after drinking till closing time would haed into Central Park Zoo, they'd catch squirells{yep,sorry bash they little heads in, was easy to catch em they said,just put a thumb tip out between fingers,the squirells thinking it a peanut got too close for they own good}. They would head to the Polar Bear pen and the Bears already hearing them would come out & get their treats, by the third time they did this,soon as they entered park the bears would start

zoos are cool i love them really but to see this bear in that lil box isnt cool. not all zoos should have bears he dosent even really have a pool :-(

There used to be a zoo near where I lived that had a polar bear in a much smaller space, and it was even more miserable. Thank goodness it was FINALLY shut down.

How do zoos with these deplorable conditions stay open. The enclosure this poor animal is forced to live in is entirely unacceptable. How can you call this video funny? It is sad and pathetic.

i saw this poor animal on a recent trip to tallin zoo. he was just going in circles for 5 minutes. its so sad to see this majestic animal which boxed in to a tiny cage when it needs many square miles of territory. Another thing i noticed was that this enclosure was sponsored by coca cola, i hope they are working on a bigger and much better one.

@swe1905 yeah. i think animals in zoos are a good thing for education, and it helps endangered animals survive, but so many zoos just throw the animals in boxes like this. they should at least make it feel more natural

I have complained to Tallin Zoo about these dire conditions and they are looking for donations and I sent $100 as they want to build a new enclosure, but money is a problem.
