I get an image of the camera panning over the hospital and then back to House in his office, playing with his cane and his ball while Foreman, Chase and Cameron are out swabbing someone's bathroom pipes, unbeknownst to the house owner. Suddenly House gets an idea and walks out of his office...

I wondered the same thing too. Then I researched both composers (I just had to! It was killing me!) and they're two completely different people. It must simply be a coincidence that both music pieces sound extremely similar. I love the coincidence though. I wonder which piece people prefer...

overall, I prefer the NT soundtrack, simply because most of it is kind of suspenseful, and has alot of an "action" feel to it. But House has interesting music too.
