Can you PLEASE make Lasanga because my dad have a pizzeria and he wants to make it and he LOVE your recipes .. i have try one and he loved it so PLEASE !
Laura! I absolutely love your recipes and I'm in no way challenging your cooking superiority with this comment. But after making this bread several times I highly recommend that you guys add in more pumpkin puree and that you decrease the amount of sugar. This way the bread is way more pumpkin-ey and less overwhelmingly sugary. And also try letting the mix sit for about 10 minutes before putting it in the oven to make it more fluffy. Lastly balance the fluff by adding a cup of almondsThanks!
Laura, I had tried a few recipes for Linguini and Clams...but I tried it your way and my wife loves it, and thinks it by far the best way. Well, since I scored a big with the Linguini and Clams, my wife is going to try your Pumpkin Bread recipe (she figures if I can follow your instructions, than ANYONE can do it). Thanks for helping make great cooks out of mere Mortals.
The last couple videos ive whatched laura has told us the amounts of the ingredients! Please keep doing that it is so much easier for me because i whatch all ur videos on my ipod and i cant acsess ur website from the ipod!! Ps laura u are soo pretty!!!
@xxbabigrl94 regular sugar is just that white granulated sugar that you put in everything from Cheerios to Coffee. And you could get pure vanilla extract or imitation vanilla extract. Personally, I prefer imitation just because pure vanilla extract has too much of a strong alcohol taste for my liking.
just made this! i doubled the amount of pumpkin and instead of pumpkin pie spice (which i didn't have), I did half a tbsp of cinnamon and half tbsp on nutmeg...and it is so delicious!! the bread is moist and the top is crunchy! my mom loved it too! thanks Laura!!
@oflindentrees wow. i will try this, cuz i don't got pumpkin pie spice either. thanks for sharing. now i can save that extra 5 dollars cuz i know i won't be using that spice often. so. ya, i got those two.
people are always so curious, are you married? Do you eat all this food all by yourself or maybe with your parents? I'm Mexican American and we also make a lot of food. I share my dishes with my husband, mom, dad and their brothers and sisters. You sure make a lot of great food. wow!

what's 'regular' sugar? and is there a difference between PURE vanilla extract and just vanilla extract?
