  • He beat it because the policeman wasn't there to testify, very simple.

  • @RetSquid lol cop was there

  • @djtrill100

Try again, listen to 2:20, he said it was dismissed because the cop was not there.

  • Hell yeah.

  • Filing a common law of abatement is from I found is a great way to stop the process against you. Some say that any type of appearance special or general is enough for them to proceed against you. Lots of info out there, but I agree that not forming a joinder is a great thing to do.

  • Is this in the U.S. or not?

  • @jess1up ... Yes. Georgia

  • @Tactikalguy1 I need some help!! I was caught driving without Insurance in Ga for the second time do to a vehicle road check. Reason I was driving is because I worked for a job that didn't pay it's employees, after receiving stimulus money from the Government. The news got involved, but unfortunately we never got paid. As a rsult my utilities were disconnected for 3 months, my Tag and insurance lappsed. I live in Snellville Ga... no public transportation $295 ticket & lose my license?? wow

  • @Journeyluv1 road check? police road check? those are against the law to start with

  • Add to the tags list "Freeman On The Land" and "Right to travel"

  • HOW DO YOU FILE MOTIONS TO THE COURT WE'RE ON THE EAST COAST AND WHERE DO YOU FILE THEM ?

  • i mean suspended license

  • yo ive got 4 dwl tickets how can i beat em?

  • @joeschmojo and a statute is a rule, given the force of law by the consent of the governed.

without consent, its autonomic law. just corporate policy.

  • @joeschmojo i wish you all the best of luck in all your endeavors, friend. i hope you accept my friend request, i enjoyed this conversation, greatly. and i hope to continue it in the future and begin many more.

    peace to you.

please, just remember, a government (courts included) get their just powers from the consent of the governed. if one does not consent, he is not a party to that society, therefore not to its laws. all men have the right to govern themselves and act with responsibility.

  • @joeschmojo where did conspiracy theory come from? how did that get into the equation? dnb is dun and bradstreet, a corporation credibility company. has no info on jfk or his assassination.

  • @joeschmojo i sure hope you do, though you know with this attitude, the ptb would never let you do such a thing. i truly do wish you all the luck in all of your endeavors. this has been a pleasant conversation. ty for not getting uptight and turning it into a debate. we are all ever the students. all are teachers. its good to speak people who have a different perception than ourselves. otherwise, eventually you end up with a collective opinion, instead of your own.

    Peace to you.

  • @joeschmojo look it up, my friend.

try going to dnb (.) com and type in your state. type in your local courthouses. type in your congressmans name.

all presidents (except one) have been proven to be related and all of them are english royal family. this proven by a twelve year old girl. try searching "12 year old girl presidents" first vid to pop up.

we "elect" directors of a corporation. not government officials.

  • @joeschmojo ive already shown how easy it is to impeach the officer. im just providing info to people. what they do with it is their choice. incompetence runs rampant through our country. why dont you take the extra steps and try being the judge to step up to the plate and start charging our criminal corporate government for REAL crimes, and leave the people and their property alone?

  • @joeschmojo im not saying all are bad. im saying, one must understand the nature of a court. if you were to be the "judge" i came infront of for a driving w/o license ticket that i got while on my way to the beach, what would you do, knowing that i have no obligation to even have a license for personal transportation of myself and my property?

no standing. no subject matter jurisdiction. i dont even have a chance at facing my accuser, because the state cannot get on the stand.

  • @joeschmojo lol you will never be on the stand if you dont even know what courts are. courts trade openly on the market as for profit corporations. the state is itself a corporation, not a land mass. the united states is a federal corporation. as defined in title 28 united states code. you sure dont know much to be in your last semester. but then again, they dont teach law in law school, they teach procedure.so, with no standing or subject matter juridiction, how do you expect to proceed?

  • @joeschmojo and no, im not promoting speeding, but when everyone is going 75 and i get pulled over for going 70, then, yes, i will destroy that cop on the stand.

i do not advocate driving wrecklessly. i do not advocate charging people with driving without a license when they are not operating under commerce and have no legal obligation to even have a drivers license. im not saying that all laws are bad. im saying they are not all positive law.

  • @joeschmojo it is a victimless crime without a victim, genius.

and just so you know, not one judge has EVER presented their oath, as they are required to by law, when requested.

and a justice of the peace, or a traffic commissioner is not a judge.

and if the judge represents the state, then there is a pretty big conflict of interest, when the state is the plaintiff in a victimless crime.

especially when the courts are corporations who openly trade for profit on the market.

  • @joeschmojo i would not promote wreckless driving at all. im saying that i have gained this much from philosophy, that i do what i do out of a sense of responsibility, what others do out of fear of the law.

my wearing a seat belt, is of no concern for the safety of others. it is just a means to generate revenue when no crime was committed. vehicle registration is another example. i do not register my vehicle, nor will i. i beat those ones as well.

  • @joeschmojo thus, a conflict of interest. a fair trial is impossible. besides, when you get on the bench, you will know it has nothing to do with safety. it has everything to do with revenue generation. and it is just a business transaction, which you need my consent to proceed with anyway.

equality before the law is paramount and mandatory.

all men created equal. you couldnt make a judicial determination against me if you wanted to without my consent, or a VALID cause of action, a ticket is not

  • @joeschmojo all i can say, is that as a law student who hopes to sit on the bench, you should probably verse yourself better on the law. speeding is not a crime. there is no victim. if there is a victim, that is a different story. secondly, if you were my judge, id simply ask you 3 questions:

1: am i entitled to a fair trial in this court?

2:will i get a fair trial if there is a conflict of interest?

    3:who do you represent?

of course, you would represent the state, the pretended plaintiff.

  • Help me learn how

  • me: are you a peace officer him:yes me:did you witness me breaching the pece? him:you were speeding me:once again, did you witness me cause damage, injury, loss to one's person or property or did you witness me engaging in fraudulent behavior? him:no me: am i being detained? him:yes me:what is the nature of this detention, or do you have reasonable articulable suspicion that i have commited a crime as defined by law? him:well, um... me: so, am i being detained? him:no. pretty simple guys
  • The reason you were stoped is paramount in court. If you were caught putting peoples lives in jepordy, you're screwed, as you should be. Anything found at those checkpoints can be thrown out in court. You should be able to win 100% of cases that involve those unconstitutional check points.

  • hey man i have a speeding ticket can you help me?

  • this only works if you HAVE NEVER had a licence

  • @SuperTeedogg : Since driving and insurance are mainly controlled state by state, would this work if you have been previously licensed in another state but did not become licensed in a new state you've moved to?

  • @SuperTeedogg that is incorrect. Your rights are your rights and can be reclaimed at any time. Case in point, when you are pulled over and start talking to the cop you give up our right to remain silent by talking to him. You may reclaim this right at any time by shutting your mouth and being quiet.

  • Hi, I live in Minnesota and regarding BloatedSensations on a revoked license and the right to travel. If my drivers license is revoked for ANY reason does that then mean I still am able to drive? Or does it depend on what the license is revoked for? I'm a lil confused on that. After it is revoked does that mean I would "have the right to travel?" Just trying to clarify your comment.

  • The guys up here in Saskatchewan, Canada keep throwing red herrings at me and i can't respond fast enough. I try to say something & i get cut off or ignored.

They really know how to mess with your head here!

  • @Maxheadroom0 if the judge is interupting remember that the judge is supposed to be an independent party weighting the facts, not ruing on law. When and if he begins to give legal advice or attempt to explain things for the cop or whoever is on the stand and cannot come up with an answer, you would have a case for conflict of interest as the cop and judge are working together against you which is not the point of a judge.

  • @polevaultrockstr Of course - the judge sits in the bench - look up the four corners rule - it is a principle of law that anything inside four corners is separate and invisible to anything outside those corners eg. boxes on a printed document

  • Everyone has the RIGHT TO TRAVEL without your "papers". Copy and paste the following phase into google, "open as a matter of right to public vehicular travel". You, the American citizen has the right to travel from California to Maine.

  • @hondrifter Not if you own a driver's license you don't. This is a mistake that many people make regarding this. You can legally sign away any rights you have. And, you DO legally sign away, in part, your right to travel when you enter into contract with the DMV in order to obtain a driver's license. If you hold a valid driver's license, you DO NOT have free right to travel by motor-vehicle - you voluntarily waived that right. You first need to revoke that waiver and break your contract.

  • @BloatedSensations I am aware of the contract issues and have studied these issues since about 1996. Thanks for your hard work...please keep it up. It's people like you and me that will eventually get others to see the truth.

  • @hondrifter No problem. And thank-you as well.

I just figured I should comment with that info. because I've ran into quite a few people who speak about their "right to travel", and how they don't have to provide a license when pulled over, and what not. And, when I ask them if they actually have a valid driver's license, they respond with something like "Yes. But, I don't have to show it! I have a right to travel!" It seems to be a very common misconception.

  • @BloatedSensations Good thing I don't have a driver's license, just my trust account does, and I don't have to represent it when I'm not doing business. Besides, the DMV contract is fraudulent. The word APPLY for a license means voluntary. Only things that are LEGAL under the common law to begin with can be licensed.

  • shit i wish your laws applied to me, i could learn a lot from you guys.

what you should really do is write down a list of loopholes in every law you find, write a summery of them or write which act you can find them in, and then post it online so everyone can find it and print it out give it to everyone. create a snowball effect

  • HAHAHAH 15M counter claim for rights violation hah

  • so what he do wrong first time to get contempt?

  • I remember I got a traffic ticket for traffic light violation. I go this defense attorney appointed by the court. So I told the attorney that I wanted a trial by jury in front of my peers in the criminal system. She got annoyed with me and said this statutory law and you are changing systems. I said fine and I signed plea for not guilty, trial by jury. And for some reason it never got tried. Cased dismissed by my motion due to delay of justice. Not sure what I did.

  • Oh I fired my attorney my attorney later because she would listen to me about filing for dismissal, and the court ignored me until I fired my public defense attorney. It was if I was some nincompoop if I had a lawyer.

  • how do you motion for a change of venue to the court of original jurisdiction?

if you google it theres not much to find?

  • good work guys!!! love ya

  • so he got off cause he is black?

  • I've been saying this for years finally people are waking up to the truth.......

  • Ok fellas, let's take this whore down!

  • is this guy African American? i hope he is

  • What's this race BS? He's an American that's all that matters you fool

  • your the fool, fool. i was just hoping he was because it would piss off alot of the white people who run the legal system.

what are you trying to suggest by your statement?

im not American and i do not agree that being born in America is the only thing that matters. stupid racist American!!!!! lolololololololol

  • Explain the counter-claim in more detail, maybe from the time say you get pulled until the time you end up in court.

    thx!

  • if enough people exercised their rights, falling revenues would collapse the corrupt system

  • You are a true thinking man!

  • Did he dismiss with prejiduce? Then you could use that documentation everytime to get out of any alleged violation with no injured party.....chance are they will put you in the computer as someone to just let go. I would be tempted to have some fun with this.

  • It's kind of hard to listen to

  • FUCK YEAH!

  • A transcript would be nice.

  • DITTO ON THAT!

  • AntiTerrorist said in one of his videos that you can get there silence on the Record. that is silence means that they agree. so you can get that on the record even if they don't respond to your question.

    awesome video

anyone knows if its the same here in Australia?

  • A transcript would be nice. It is really hard to hear/understand him.
