I was thinking the same thing when I heard the chorus. It's really obvious. "She" is an "assassin", an "invader", "from another world", she "wants your body" and "soul", "a fallen angel takes" your body & soul, and the singer says he "loves her" and keeps coming back for more (of "her" 'love').

OK this is a total shot in the dark. I am a big fan of 80's first wave/new wave and I have on an old mix tape a song that repeats: You are the fallen angel, You are the fallen angel, you are the fallen angel where ever you are, (not sure of the next phrase but sounds like- minute to minute living in exile).
