Haha. It was probably done subconsciously. I'm currently planning an intro video for my own channel, but as i look back and watch the video drafts, there are tons of similar movements with my hands that I don't like and wasn't aware of at all while filming. It takes practice to stop, I guess.
Mhm, I agree. Though its funny, if you know what to watch for, and they don't hide them, you can tell a lot about a persons current mood or thoughts by reading those mannerisms. And luckily since you live on the west coast, you have mostly a clear west coast accent with few bad speech mannerisms.
