First it aint a 348. Second one of the slowest ferraris was the Dino 246 if I am not wrong ;)

It's more likely that the slowest Ferrari is a Mondial or a Dino 308. the Dino 246 is actually a pretty special car... low mileage one in really great condition with full and complete history would cost you over £100,000.
