i did this once way baked because my lighter was sucking, put it too high, damn near lost an eyebrow and it was shooting fluid out so there was lttle flames spraying off in all directions lol still got the scars on my hand

instead of pulling all of the stuff off, all you have to do is take the metal guard off and then push the nob to the higher side, lift it up off the track and then slide it back over to the dimmer side. Then push it back down and repeat. Put the guard back on and then you can have a huge flame and when turned down a pretty normal sized flame. Dont know if that made sense... try it.

i kept twisting it until it went a little too far accidentally and i thought i heard the gas leak, then i thought it was just me. i lit it and the whole fucking lighter lit itself on fire, so i dropped it on my carpet :( theres a burn mark and i put it out with a towel haha, the plastic top was effed, and the roller had fallen off :( lol

You don't have to cut that slider off. Just slide it to the "BIG FLAME" position, push it upward so that you can go back to the "little flame" side without turning the adjustment screw, put the slider back in DOWN position and turn that fucker up some more.

that was cool but you don't have to cut off the slider thing on the back. just use it to turn it up and as you move it back to lower the flame just push up and it wont loosen it. :-)

Dude, it was so weird, on Halloween I went to my friend's house and brought a cheap lighter that I found in my house. It did the exact same thing without changing anything. It was like from the bottom of your neck to the top of your head. Insaneeee. Good video :)
