@wenicelikedat You should be careful with that because many places test the urine to see if it is the normal temperature. If it's too cold, it will be suspected that you tampered with the sample.

Which is why my instructions for diluting include very specific advice on how to prevent that from happening. As long as someone has normal kidney function, & they get enough sodium, dilution is perfectly safe.

Here's my situation. I only smoke about twice a week. The last time I smoked was about 10 days ago. I'm 6'0" and weigh about 185. I work out like crazy and am fairly muscular with a relatively low body fat%. (I hear that helps but I'm not sure it's true.) I may have to take a piss test for a new job this week. My hope is that I should already be clean but I'm not sure. I would buy a detox product but I hear they test for that stuff to. This is just to important to f-up. Any thoughts?
@Bravefalcon75 they dont test for detox kits but most of them are useless THC is fat soulble so working out and drinking niocin (red bull) helps dilution is only a teporary soultion and does flag up if its to diluted if you take b 12 vitimans this should help you pee go yellow thus not flaggin up the docs but its better if you dont smoke aswell :)

stop smoking at least 4-5 days before your test, drink a lot of water, buy a bottle of cranberry pills and take them as directed on the bottle and sweat your ass off. soak your finger in clorox for 5 or so minutes before the test.. then pee onto your finger and into the cup.. it should come up negative for drug use .. this worked for a couple of army kids~

i work at a mine site and when we are screened we have to rite out what we've had in the past week etc, the best way i found is barroca and urals boii i had a sesh the night before my test and almost passed so 3 days of hardout drinking the shit will pass you indefinably.

Please someone help. I just got put on probation and they are going to test me in 10 days. They are going to test to see if i've used system cleaners too. I've been smoking all day everyday for years, i'm not fat at all though and have good metabolism but i'm still worried i'm going to fail. If i fail i go to jail. @broadcastmyass4u Could try to get clean piss. If not try to sweat as much as possible, eat high protein low fat foods, drink a lot of gatorade and water, and piss into the cup only in midstream. I haven't heard of any cleaners that work. hope this helps

Only way to actually pass a screening is to not do it. THC is stored in your fat cells, unless you have zero percent fat then it shouldnt be a factor. It takes up to at least ten months for the THC to leave your body, but that is only if u exercise and you sweat all the THC out of your system, but then again the THC will be back in your blood stream because you are burning fat, which in this case, contains THC.

There is a serious concern with drinking lots of water. Over hydration is far more dangerous than smoking weed.
People die from over hydration. Yes overdrinking water is much much more dangerous then consuming too much weed.
Better to be jobless than dead, or is the weed really worth it? Sometimes to some people, both weed and getting the job is worth such risks.

Here's my situation. I only smoke about twice a week. The last time I smoked was about 10 days ago. I'm 6'0" and weigh about 185. I work out like crazy and am fairly muscular with a relatively low body fat%. (I hear that helps but I'm not sure it's true.) I may have to take a piss test for a new job this week. My hope is that I should already be clean but I'm not sure. I would buy a detox product but I hear they test for that stuff to. This is just to important to f-up. Any thoughts?

@Bravefalcon75 they dont test for detox kits but most of them are useless THC is fat soulble so working out and drinking niocin (red bull) helps dilution is only a teporary soultion and does flag up if its to diluted if you take b 12 vitimans this should help you pee go yellow thus not flaggin up the docs but its better if you dont smoke aswell :)

@nMeTeamPS3 ok my advice would be to stop smoking until after the test and exercise vigorously for at least 1 hour a day and drink water until ur pee is almost completely clear. on the day of take 4 asprin a few hours before the test and 1 vitamin b pill(one a day mens) and that will bring back the yellow glow to avoid suspicion

stop smoking at least 4-5 days before your test, drink a lot of water, buy a bottle of cranberry pills and take them as directed on the bottle and sweat your ass off. As long as you don't have a lot of body fat you should pass. Eating healthy foods will help as well. to help with the color of your urine take a daily vitamin supplement about an hour or so before u piss and never never ever take the test without peeing before hand, Hope this helps all you stoners out there.

Best advice: If you get a call from your (new) job, immediately drink water like your playing a drinking game. Fill your belly up. wait a couple min then take a few gulps. Dont accidently drown, just keep your tummy full and do some peeing. if u have a day or two, obviously dont be miserable, hydrate a lot throughout the day and exercise. Only way to actually pass a screening is to not do it. THC is stored in your fat cells, unless you have zero percent fat then it shouldnt be a factor. It takes up to at least ten months for the THC to leave your body, but that is only if u exercise and you sweat all the THC out of your system, but then again the THC will be back in your blood stream because you are burning fat, which in this case, contains THC.

I once passed a drug test in two days by drinking regular Lipton iced tea. I drank a gallon a day for the tow days. Granted I'm not a heavy smoker, maybe a bowl a day of dank. I'm also fairly skinny, about 5'11" and roughly 145-150 pounds and in fairly good shape.
