There are two versions of this song: German and somewhat English, just like a lot of Falco stuff. The song was remastered (and re-released in the states) in 1997 for VW's infamous "couch" commercial. They even had the little skeletons in the commercial at the dealers with "da da da" printed on them. I have a shirt that has the couch on one side and "da da da" on the other. Awesome early 80's video, kind of reminds me of "The Young Ones" a little, but with German humor (hence the stabbing.)
