Was she crossing, what looks to me as a very busy road, at a cross walk? Was she at a traffic signal with a green light for her? Was it dark? Was it at the blind curve shown in the video?

From where I sit, and I DON'T live there, don't know anything except the questions this report left me asking. This guy who SHOULD HAVE gotten his shit together earlier is now toast. She or he made one mistake and her parents can ruin him past his 5 years if they're that unchristian and greedy.
