The last two minutes of this are a thing of beauty. Pure defense and movement, that's the way to drill!

The Mayweathers need to put out a quality instructional DVD on this type of training.  They would sell like hotcakes.

I've seen some lame imitators selling vids of mittwork on YouTube, how much better would it be to have instruction from the real deal?

yeah i talked 2 him yesterday...he said that he was suppose to make one with Ringside...but the way they wanna do it...it takes too much time hahah he's crazy but i'm sure i can get enough footage to design one =)

I don't mean it in a bad way, just that he probably prefers to go with the flow more than he likes following a strict lesson plan.

Yeah, this was taken from VHS so the AV quality is rough. I'm considering adding subtitles, especially for the parts where Roger is teaching.

Anyways, this was taken from Ringside's boxing instructional series made in the 90's called Mastering the Mitts. The rest of the tape wasn't worth watching, but Roger's segment was a gem!
