She made sure to put a formal reprimand on his formerly spotless permanent record, even though getting it on with alien babes is practically a rite of passage for Starfleet officers. It was one of those "I hurt you because I love you" things. So, see, she cares. And I'm sure that makes Harry feel so much better.

Technically, he is a red shirt. TNG switched the secruity/engineering/communica­tions red to the captain/helmsman/random person yellow because Picard is French and by default cowardly, especcialy of blood. But I'm kinda glad, because janeway looks better in red than yellow anyway.
