Thank you very much ^_^ Noooo don't say that. You're a very good poet. I consider myself as an oral poet most of the time cause I rarely write them down I just say them and keep it in my memory. That poem was inspired by ...well worms. All my life like when I'm sitting on my stoop on a rainy day I would always look at the many worms coming out of their holes only to meet up with hungry birds so they try to go back ...what a hard life. I always play "Moonlight Sonata" along with reciting it.

they are making a film about kerouac without depp. Its being produced by francis ford coppolla and directed by walter salles who directed 'the motorcycle diaries' - they're making 'on the road'; they are casting an unkown as kerouac/sal paradise

The first line we hear: "America I've given you all and now I'm nothing", is a an excerpt from the opening line of Allen Ginsberg's Poem In America. You're right to ask this. I was pointed to "Johnny Depp reads from OTR," & I knew he was reading from MCB. I am well-acquainted with all of Jack Kerouac's books. I commented because others are not so familiar. The original uploader of this video misled viewers. However, the Ginsberg sample from "America" is not credited. Even at the US of P site, the description mentions only MCB, so it's easy to see why people would be confused.
