I know what happened. He fell to the ground, and broke his back. Cops arrived, thought he was drunk, ordered him to stand up, and when he tried to explain what kind of pain he was in, the cops didn't listen. The kid grew agitated and furious with rage that he's lying there in such pain and two fascist dickheads were screaming at him, so he ran his mouth a little bit.
Then the cops tazed him 19 FUCKING TIMES.
These cops should be dragged out into the street and burned alive.

Let me get this straight, kid falls, his back is broken, by the look of the hospital pic his leg is broken as well. However, the cop first said the kid was making incoherent statements, then he said he was making statements like "Shoot cops" & "kill cops". Which is it Mr Cop? So this is a reason to taser him? Oh, but wait, then the cop said he was tased "to keep this guy out of traffic", I am so glad he was worried about the kid. Wouldn't want him to walk into traffic with a broke back and leg.

I believe the truth needs to be properly investigated in this case: the young man’s happening yes; but the Police Department and the officer’s meticulously. The Officers in question in my opinion should be suspended until investigation proves them not a menace to the public. This situation is unacceptable – get a new Police Chief people.
