  • Want big muscles? Heavy fucking squats. Not bad for your joints. Be sure to foam roll and stretch your muscles often...and eat if you want to get bigger. 80% of time in the gym spent on big lifts, maybe 20% on bullshit like in the vid. You can't go into the gym and do shoulder raises and curls and quarter squats and expect to get hyoooge

  • I love how you explain everything and try to build the viewers confident unlike other people

  • @iMiguelAOG Thanks! I do my best.

  • See but this dude has that looseness at the back of his arm/shoulder that I don't want. How do you get rid of that???

  • pagsure oi

  • the question remains though....where are this dude's muscles???????

  • Ive seen alot of these workout videos but his seem to be the best!

  • forgetting rear dealt?

  • You can have all the determination you want , you can be as confident as you wish but if you were born UGLY you won't have the girl of your dreams .... sad but true !!!

  • @superlucas010578 Thats your case?

  • @Trajiq187 Nop. IoI Wasn't offending anyone by the way

  • Dude, looks like you "hit a plateau" on day one!

  • thanks man for the tips

  • i know its hard while you're talking to a camera. but breath out on the concentric portion of the movement, and breath in on the eccentric portion of the movement.

  • show more odd workouts for sholders but i really am diggin yall! cool i can look it up!!!!!

  • great tips man...appreciate it.

  • last part is very very true

  • how many pounds is that in each dumbell? What is the maximum pounds for dumbell are using by professionals? Last week, I only got 5lbs per dumbell. Last night, i got upgrade to 10lbs. I am right handed person, but my left hand is less stronger than my right. What can I do? much lift from left?

  • @rudolfvonlvasquez dont do more reps on your right arm, keep the reps the same with each and maybe even do one arm at a time, after a while your right arm will catch up in strength

  • @rudolfvonlvasquez its not what the pros can do. Its what you can do that matters. Keep both sides even.

  • I like how you believe in maximizing your full potential outside the gym. I never here that from any other trainer on youtube. Thanks for the tips

  • you know guys, if you want ur muscles to respond when ur workin out then remember one word: tension! when ur don side lat raises, remember to hold the weight up for a second or two before going back down slowly, just rely on tension and slow movement and do NOT use momentum!

  • Dear Vince ,you inspire me ... thanks :P

  • This is nice, thinking outside the box !

  • Tnx for the tip

  • what kind of bastard,.......

  • Aside from jeff willet, you're my second role-model, Vince

  • when i work on my shoulders all my joints crack and i get sharp pains all day when i move them lol, does that mean i should stop doing them?

  • @zalron69 no, that means you're just not used to the workout yet. just make sure to warm up and stretch before doing those workouts.

  • @marlo916 oh ok thanks man, yeah i have only just started doing my arms :)

  • lo malo de los videos que no se ingles pero so nbuenos gracias !!

  • why are the shoulders so weak with the side raise? i cant even use 15lbs. for most guys i dont see them going that heavy either, besides this one insane guy at my gym who was using 45s

  • thanks for tips, your words really makes me think, why am i not success outside of gym.. something to work on.. in gym i feel like i am king, why not outside gym?

  • he said relationships twice lol

  • u mentioned 12 ways to build muscle what u mean by that?

  • Lol little kid on elliptical in backgroung when he's onthe bench

  • Great advice. Subtle changes in the routine can mean not-so-subtle results. Keep up the good work.

  • urs was the first book i ever read on bein successful in the gym, and i thank you for all of your knowledge but more for actually sharing it with others. i really respect your ideals. and nice physique too btw :) shows tht ur natural and u worked hard on it...

  • LOL at the 2 year old in the background on the eliptical

  • rofl

  • Thanks dad! =)

  • Well said Vince! You are the real deal and a great inspiration for all us hardgainers. Thanks for all the vids

  • Vince, I like that you are getting into total health. Great points in this video. Bodybuiling is largely mental and you're right those same skills can be applied outside of the gym as well.

  • Great message Vince!

BTW, I always keep my elbows at eye level on the lateral raises as well as the thumbs down and arms bent at a 35 degree angle. This keeps from pinching those rotator cuff muscles. So, if you keep your arms straight, do not go above eye level!

  • Fatherhood must be just around the corner for Vince, He is seeing life a little different these days!.

This is probably his best video yet.

  • Love thiiiiisssss!!!!!!!

  • i learn somethin everytime i watch a video

    thanks man helps alot

  • @roboboytoy

Use unilateral exercises on the smaller side :)

  • I don't understand what kind of gym Vince is in? There's no supervision. Those kids should not be playing on the elyptical, their not toys.

  • Ha, that little kid in the green seems to be having a good time on that elyptical.

  • can someone give me tips about how i can be more symetric?i already train with free weights but i still keep feeling / thinking that my right side ( dominant side ) is bigger than my left side..realy anoying!
