In fact, they way they train their bodies are for muscle tone, not size and shape and in real life, anyone with biceps bigger than their heads can't move as quickly as most other fighters. Look at masters like Bruce Lee, Hirokazu Kanazawa, Jackie Chan. This is probably more closer to real life than anything in the games but then, people will always be picky about anything anime or game related
